Aromatherapy with diffuser and essential oils
This is one of the most popular ways to use aromatherapy to promote physical and emotional well-being. It involves the dispersion of essential oils in the air through a device called a diffuser, allowing the aromatic molecules to spread through the environment and be inhaled, offering several therapeutic benefits.

Choice of essential oils: Each essential oil has its own therapeutic properties and unique aromas.
Diffuser preparation: Fill the diffuser with water, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Addition of essential oils: After filling the diffuser with water, you add a few drops of the chosen essential oils to the diffuser water reservoir. The amount of essential oil to be used may vary according to the size of the diffuser, but generally, 3 to 10 drops are sufficient for a standard environment.
Diffuser activation: Turn on the diffuser and choose the desired settings. As the diffuser begins to work, it will release a fine mist containing the aromatic particles of the essential oils into the air.
Inhalation of scents: Inhaled essential oils can affect your limbic system, which is related to emotions, and provide a variety of therapeutic effects such as relaxation, increased energy, stress relief or improved focus, depending on the essential oils used.
Turn off the diffuser: When you finish the aromatherapy session or when the water tank is empty, turn off the diffuser. Remember to clean regularly to avoid the accumulation of essential oil residues.
