Who will deliver my parcel?

We ship your parcels via Sendle or Australia Post. Both companies operate under the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Sendle is also a Certified B Corp.

If your order is urgent, we may be able to arrange an overnight courier. However, extra fees may apply.

How are my parcels packed?

We strive to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. That’s why we use compostable mailers and labels,100% recycled boxes and kraft paper, compostable peanut bubs, as well as biodegradable packaging tape.

When will I receive my parcel?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you live in a metropolitan area, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive. For regional areas, orders could take an average of 5-7 business days to de delivered.

Orders shipped via Express Shipping are often delivered within 2-3 business days in metro areas.

We strongly suggest that probiotics are shipped via Express Shipping. Nonetheless, most probiotics can withstand room temperature during transit for about two weeks or more.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods, including debit and credit cards, Paypal , Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
You can chose your preferred payment method at checkout.


Do you accept refunds and returns?

Our returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please note that, in line with Australian Law, public health and safety regulations, we are unable to provide a return or refund on vitamins, supplements and other therapeutic products. All other products found on our website can be returned and refunded according to our Refunds and Returns Policy.


Are all your products immediately available?

While we do hold limited inventory, we also receive new stock daily from our trusted suppliers. This means we can ship your products within 1-2 business days as long as they are not out of stock with the manufacturers.

If the product you ordered is not immediately available, we will try to source it with all our partner suppliers.

Out of stock items can also be pre-ordered to ensure prompt delivery when they become available.

Why Do I need a prescription for certain products?

Your health is very important to us, and although vitamins and supplements are generally safe, some products should only be taken whilst under the care of a qualified healthcare professional. These products are referred as “Prescription-Only”. This means they can only be prescribed after you have a full consultation with a practitioner who will provide you with a written recommendation for these products.
