Healthy Chef Bovine Collagen is completely soluble in hot and cold liquids.
Combine 1 tablespoon (10g) into 1 large glass of water or your choice of liquid (hot or cold). Mix until dissolved and enjoy. Add to soups and broth or restorative juices and smoothies.
