Use Suggestion
Breast Feeding
Apply 1/4 tsp to each breast after feeding, massage in gently. Repeat as often as required.
Mastitis
Apply 1/2 tsp to each breast after feeding to help clear and prevent blockages.
Sore nipples
Apply directly as much as needed after feeding. Wipe with a warm, wet cloth prior to the next feed.
Tissue strengthening
Apply 1/4 tsp to each breast during pregnancy and after birth to tone breast tissue
