DetoxClear is a herbal and nutritional formula that helps support natural body detoxification. TrueBroc® broccoli seed extract and organic chlorella are involved in supporting liver function and detoxification. DetoxClear also contains milk thistle which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to protect the liver and enhance bile secretion. The nutritional ingredients also help support healthy immune system function and act as antioxidants to help reduce free radical damage to body cells and support tissue repair.

- Blue-green algae such as spirulina may stimulate the immune system and may theoretically exacerbate autoimmune diseases by stimulating disease activity.
- Milk thistle may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to the Asteraceae family.
- The ingredients in this product are generally well-tolerated.
- Some ingredients such as milk thistle, spirulina and pomegranate have been associated with mild gastrointestinal adverse effects. These may include abdominal cramps, bloating, diarrhoea, flatulence, dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting.
- Milk thistle may cause rare allergic reactions in people sensitive to the Asteraceae family, including urticaria, eczema, skin rash, and potentially, anaphylaxis.
- Use of this product during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
- If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
