Natal Care is a low excipient and vegan multi-nutrient natal formula, to support the increased nutrient requirements during preconception, pregnancy and lactation.

Indications:
- Natal Care provides a daily dose of 400 micrograms of folic acid, which if taken for one month before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy, helps to prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida and/or anencephaly
- Contains vitamins and minerals to support the health of mother and baby during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding
- Contains multiple forms of folate
- Provides essential vitamins and minerals including iodine and zinc to support healthy development of the foetus

Take 1 capsule, twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains Vitamin B6].
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
